Step 2
Identify strengths and weaknesses
You’ll receive a composite index scoring your overall scalability (which can be used annually to track quantifiable performance) as well as individual scores for each “scalability imperative”. With the team report, you will get an average of the individual scores for a far more accurate understanding of the key issues. Scores are color coded red, yellow, or green to make understanding your results simpler than ever.

Improve your scalability
Based on your scores (or the team averages in the team report) you’ll receive customized suggestions and video training designed to provide just the right help where you need without bogging you down with unnecessary inform ation.
